Mizuki Ozaki
She grew up with sport and met yoga at 15. Since then yoga has been part of daily life for her — not only a way to settle body and mind, but a body of wisdom for how to live.
Through time on the mat surrounded by Okinawa's nature, she cares most about offering an hour in which you return to yourself.
She wants to nurture the harmony of body and mind, and to give each person a starting point for living comfortably, as themselves.
