(both tax included, per person) - Costs beyond the lesson fee
- Travel to the meeting point is at your own expense. There are no additional charges beyond the above.
- Payment method
- Credit card only. You register your card details when you book (payments are processed by Stripe).
- Payment timing
- After the lessonYou register a card when you book. We place an authorisation with your card issuer after 17:30 the day before, and the charge is finalised on the day of the lesson.
- Service delivery
- The service is provided at the date and time you booked.
- Changes and cancellation
- Changes and cancellations are accepted free of charge until 17:30 the day before the session. After that time, changes and cancellations are charged in full.
If we cancel before the start (for rain or similar), there is no charge at all. If a session begins and cannot continue because of weather, we charge half within the first 30 minutes and the full amount after 30 minutes. - Returns and refunds
- Because this is a service, it cannot be returned or refunded once provided. The cancellation terms above apply instead.
